I would find an old time frame shop and let them straighten it out. Probably not that much and you will know it is right on. I can think of ways to attack it in the driveway, but remember any action has a reaction somewhere. The shop would make sure working on the driver side did not pull something else out, like the passenger front. These frames were designed to flex and move, a frame rack will make sure only the parts that need to be moved do.

Check craigslist.....a dude in east county has a '59 you might be able to use frame. Listed at 700 bucks, who knows if body is badly rusted he might take less. You should be able to make one out of two....or else have a really big pile of rusted junk.........
