Here's my mounts from my '68 V-6 GMC.
The engine was missing from this truck, but the original LH fender still had the "GMC V-SIX 1500" emblem. Has anyone seen these with the 3 drilled holes? They were also locating in the "forward position" frame holes.

On the V6 mounts, yes the ones I've seen have the 3 holes like yours Keith

Funny motor mount story:
When I decided to pull my stock 350" engine out and install a new 502" crate motor in my 71 C20, I didn't know I needed to get a BB motor mount assy., so I just plowed ahead using all the SB stuff. When things weren't lining up or fitting just right, I just thought it must be small casting differences in the new 502" block and the "older style?" 454 block, so I would make small mods as I went on with the install. I had already noticed one big difference, that was the new 502" block didn't have facilities for a mechanical fuel pump,(Which I was not happy about."), so I'm thinking "What all else might be different?". Anyway, it's been 8 or 9 years since I did this swap, so I can't remember all the details, but I do remember two things I had to deal with. Having to shim up both brackets off the frame about 3/8" for some reason and then when I installed the headers I had to notch and re-weld the drivers side bracket a small amount. Now, just in the last month, I pulled the stock auto. trans. out and installed a Muncie 4 speed, which required, among other things, installing a clutch pedal and linkage. I then had to do a few little modifications to the clutch linkage. At least on the positive side, the stock drive-line, yoke, and cross-member, all re-bolted right up to the Muncie. Anyway,I still don't know how much of this extra work was caused by not using the correct motor mount stuff, but I do know this. It all works great, and I love my new 4 speed. It's made it like a whole different truck to me. It's like it has added another 50 HP, and now being able to row through the gears with a Hurst Shifter, like in the old days when I was a "Young Buck"! I guess I'll never quit saying "Live & Learn" and "I Love Horsepower"! Ray |

I put my 350 in the v8 location (forward) using 6 cyl stands. Drilled an extra hole in the bottom and everything worked great.
