I like the first one with the blue steering wheel, you can see the gauges with out turning the wheel???

okay time to send the orange one over! the orange one has a d plug in or extension cord coming out of the grill did you get a electric motor for it and that was how you charged it?!?!?!?!?!?

Wow..they look great after a little elbow grease and spare parts. Was the orange one free too? Lucky boy getting those trucks...despite their outside appearance lol

Thanks! I agree that first yellow one definitely had some history, I found all kinds of receipts inside the truck from Nevada and it appeared it was registered there at one time since I found the plates and registration. It also had the Virgina inspection sticker so it had been there as well. The Virgina sticker was from 96' and the Elmendorf one was from 92' so it went up and down a number of times I'm thinking. The Alaska plates had expired in 98 when the motor blew up I assume. When I pulled the pan I found that one of the connecting rod nuts backed off and the other stud pulled out of the rod and the rod came into contact with the crank, pretty funny the storys these trucks tell!

Haha well it went to a type of electric motor... not the one your thinking! A Coolant heater lol!

Thanks, no the orange one wasn't free, it had a perfect running 350 which was in really good shape and a good turbo 350 so.... had to pay a bit for it.
