Re: Post long bed stepside Pics please I need some ideas.
my dad nad i are currently trying to build a 1958 chevy for him. it's a 9 footer step bed that we are going to turn into a half ton. mustang 2 front and 4 link rear are the plans for now.
my question is : where would i find a pair of good steps for this build. we want to keep the extra long bed just for different kinda ride. nobody has one out there around our area that we have seen. and the steps are rusted out pretty good. if anyone has a set they would sell, pm me please. or send me in the right direction at least. thanks guys! |

You also might try the local metal arts schools, high school, and welding schools to see if they do any work for the public to give the kids something to work on (and infect them with the appreciation of these old beauties Muah ha ha ha!) |

Dave Ramsey would tell you that adult men don't crawl into kiddie cars. It makes your emergency fund look small. Seriously though I imagine it'd look like all the other slammed trucks on the road except the steps would be longer. Kinda like a stretch truck. You'd get some stares to say the least.
