I can tell you unless you find NOS parts on eBay or some remote dealership you are not going to find to many GMC parts. It took me roughly 10 years to get my truck to the point it is, you just have to make due with what is provided.

Attached is how I fixed some of the emblems that are not available anymore.

wow guys thanks for all the responses and TEXASJEFF thats what i was thinking im going to have to end up doing to all of my emblems. and thanks for all the new GMC acronyms i now know! haha

I have a 73 GMC and thank god i only need the fender emblems....gmc emblems are hard to find in magazines...i seen them on ebay, craigslist, or the junkyards all you gota do is look. Below is my 73 the needs some emblems.

Just cleaned with chrome polish then painted.

I have this same problem, but 10 times worse. Ever see a GMC "Wrangler" emblem, good luck. I heard of an ebay hood emblem selling at 250 or somthing. Does anybody know somewhere they can be restored? or am i on my own. Oh, and here are some pics....

I just found this site. Its a little pricey but they have some of the parts you cant find. The only thing I dont like is that they dont have pics of the stuff. Havnt bought anything from them yet.
