Actually I found out the hard way what 12-31-1969 means. UNIX time begins at 1-1-1970. If you are west of there, but not too far west, UNIX subtracts a couple of hours off of GMT time zero and you end up at 12-31-1969. Let me guess, somewhere in the bowels of 67-72chevytrucks.com's storage system there is an ARX box. I had to make the IT guys at my place of work fix a code bug in our ARX box. Whenever you did a chgrp, chmod, or chown on a file or directory it was setting file dates to 12-31-1969 and causing 15 to 20 year old shell scripts to fail.

For those of you who started using the internet AFTER Al Gore invented it, nevermind.

lol " DoNotPMMe" was Josh's original account. The reason it says 1969 was a software glitch in an old update. No reason to change it since the account was not used. The name was changed to that, because folks would PM that account, with issues, even though it had not been active in many years.

20 posts a day can be real measy to do. But when you figure in the time I've spent away from here, or the times like the past year I have been on less... THATS when it gets a little crazy

Re: Who are the earliest 67-72 board members?

Well Im not the earliest by far, but today is my 9 year anniversary here on the board. Im not nearly as knowledgeable on our trucks as most guys are. Once in awhile Ill get in a little tidbit of truck info out there to help others, but I do try to add to the board in other goofy ways. It all counts right?

Re: Who are the earliest 67-72 board members?

I remember responding to the guestbook back in '98 or so when I was still in HS and living at home, confirmed that with Liz a few years back. I had a double post and couldn't remove it...

Re: Who are the earliest 67-72 board members?

he posts on another board once a year or so. He still talks smack about most of the ppl here.
He was a tool back then, is a tool now, and will probably always be a tool.
At least he has his "grandma" still.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I need to find the link to the old pics area. Some of the older tech articles etc are around too.. its fun to look back. I missed some of the early early years.
