67-68 Chevy Grille all the way. Then In 69-70 Chevy went to a flatter look. 71-72 Front end was even flatter. It was a pre cursor to the box look of the 73-87 truck.
Of course these are just my opinions

Here's a gratuitous grill shot of my ugly 71 egg crate grill. Actually I think the 69-70 Chevy grilles are the coolest with 71-72's a close 2nd. Man all this chevy grill bashing? Actually IMO the GMC grilles never did anything for me. I owned a 72 GMC and swapped the front end for a 70 Chevy. To each his own I guess

Nice patriotic circus wagon. My only problem with GMC grilles is that they cost a fortune. My 71 needs a new one or a very nice used one.......Zoomy

Actually, if you were to stick with reproduction, the GMC stuff is cheaper than the complete inner and outer for a 69 - 72...not sure what a 67/68 would set you back though.
