I agree. The only thing your truck needs is an "altitude adjustment", .

I will probably take your advice Hart Rod. I went with ECE 3.5/5 but I went with a big block spring. Definitely gonna go to a small block spring up front or a 4.5/6 like you. Anyone know how much a small block spring might drop the front end vs the big block spring I have now?

Got my wheels from a buddy of mine that runs a wheel/tire shop near my house. Cheapest place I could find but, wouldn't call them cheap by any means. Well worth the extra money though. I always go back to "You get what you pay for". 9 times out of 10.

I didn't see a booster under the hood so I was wondering how it stops with the BB in it...lol...I added the stock booster to my drums ( best $$$ I spent on the truck) and I think It stops very well now I'm going to be adding disc soon so it should be even better

The reason I didn't use a booster is that I would have to run an electric or belt driven vacuum pump to make use of the booster. Actually it doesn't stop too bad anyway. Definitely better than the old drums. Just can't bring myself to pay that much for a hydroboost system yet. Guess I'll keep the old leg press for right now.

Re: No more tub rubbin PICS

Thanks for the input guys. You might talk me into staying with the 69' grill. lol.

Where is the cheapest place to buy a new front grill? What do I buy NOS or aftermarket?

Re: No more tub rubbin PICS

Let me just tell you boys and girls that I don't have a booster and I have drum brakes. Waiting to do the conversion. It can be very scary and you have to be paying attention when you are driving. I have had to flat stand on my brakes, hitting my head on the top of the cab, to get the darn thing to slow (notice I didn't say stop?). I also have a 4 speed so it's fun to try and step on the clutch and brake at the same time in a panic.
