Sorry, The radio is sold and there is no stock rear bumper brackets.

I'm assuming those are all trim holes and once lower trim is off there will be more? And does it come with tailgate? Also how far up north r u?

Yes, those are trim holes and there will be holes from the lower trim. The tailgate does not come with the bed. I'm close to Sacramento.
