Re: What All Would You Add Or Take Away From This 67

Chrome headlight bezels, black grille inners and maybe a bit of old school pinstripe.I like a much simpler wheel choice than most, and really like trim rings and baby moons on a steel wheel.

My friend appreciates all the ideas you all gave him and said thanks a lot,,and was wanting to know if you all would give him an idea of what his truck would sell for if he sold it as is .. He has a 68 that is main ride and is thinking if he puts more into the truck he would be worse off than if he just sold it as is right now.

Hmm.. I paid $400 for the last '67 I bought, but it was a CST

seriously now.. New engine, and trans. No A/C. If the interior's nice, around $7k. It's a tough market.

He's probably better off listing on ebay than locally since seems like a LOT of nice trucks for sale in the NW and west in general. From what I've seen guys in canada, the rust belt, and NE still pay good market value for a truck like this....maybe closer to 9-10K.

Let him know to take a bunch of high quality pictures and offer receipts for all the engine/tranny work and paint/other expenses.

Ditto. With the light blue, the railroad trim & bezzels would be perfect.

Edit:
Whoops...didn't finish reading the thread.
I still think adding the finishing touches would brighten the value...and the truck.
