EDITED TO AVOID CONFUSION FOR THOSE LOOKING LATER
Many originals have the lines run all the way towards the lights where the NOS one doesn't. Maybe the factory made it both ways or two factories supplied these grilles? See my post below for pictures of the differences...

The better news for you is the 69 grille is NOT reproduced...what is actually reproduced is a 70 grille that's painted to look like a 69. The 70 has raised portions that were silver with the recessed portion painted black. All repops have this raised portion....the recessed area just needs to be painted black to make it into a 70....
