Good questions.I'll have to pay attention to that and see. Nice truck.huh? If it's a 55 or 56 I wonder what V8 is in it. I know GMCs and Chevys followed different lines with engines, for the most part, back then. So,could this have a Pontiac?

Good questions. I'll have to pay attention to those windows and see. I know there was a kit to do corner windows in standard cab pickups. I know a guy with a Cameo that has corner windows. Or,he used big truck parts. It's been a long time, can't quite recall. I'll have to check what ads I have saved to see how or if trucks varied through this style. I wonder what V8 would be in it if it's a '55 or '56. Or,did big trucks get V8s sooner? I wonder if it's a Pontiac?

Re: COE & LCF Pics

I just noticed that the wrecker in post #22 also appears to be a TF cab with 5 windows. Guessing that this isn't custom. Wonder if anyone has used one of these cabs on a pickup chassis?

Re: COE & LCF Pics

That's cool. Years ago I saw a calendar that featured rusting, junk cars. That truck would look great in that calendar.

A friend of mine is building this right now. Room for a car in the back plus living quarters. I started a thread on this one but thought I'd post a pic here too.
