Re: Bags with no drop spindles
i have a lil over two inches it looks like between the tire and the fender but about three and a half inches between the lca and crossmember before touching..typically do people have issues with that though? i dont remember seeing any specific threads involving swapping bags in without too much mods.

Re: Bags with no drop spindles
hey guys i might start a new thread, but i think im gonna pull the trigger on the bags finally..this is the plan, so before i order anything i was gonna throw it out there and see if anyone had comments/suggestions.
front - 2500's with cupped lower control arms and drop spindles rear - 2500's on t/a's, already have blocks/notch 5 gallon tank w/ 380c compressor and pressure switch/relay 1/4" line 4 way manual paddle valve with gauges im gonna cup the lcas myslef so im gonna find some 3/16" steel plate and 8" pipe. as far as exhaust im gonna have to rerun it thru the crossmember, and for the inner fender/hood hinge im gonna use some of Coulters tricks from his thread. any comments on line size, pressure switch psi, paddle valves, etc? also will i need to relocate the front shocks in any way, or just make sure i have the correct amount of travel? thanks guys..like i said ill start a thread when i get everything in. |
