Re: spare tire berings, blinker fluid, windshield grease, left handed steering wheels
I'm 27 years old. I have been granted 40 or 50 years of mechanical experience by the people I was surrounded with from a young age. I currently build hot rods/custom cars for a living. I dont mind sharing info in the least. Most people cant easily access the info some of us take for granted. The internet is the only way it can be accessed.
Everytime the same question is answered it will draw new answers from different people. I hate forums where some jackass always responds with just search because its been covered before. There is a certain dynamic to vehicles. The same problem doesnt always have the same answer.

Re: spare tire berings, blinker fluid, windshield grease, left handed steering wheels
Forums are excellent, there is no shame in asking for help. I used to buy chilton manuals for whatever I was driving, forums work much better. You can read all the info you want but the best information comes from someone that just physically completed a task on the truck.
Good example: My Dad was an ASE master technician and has been a Mechanic his entire life, he was getting ready to do a clutch in a K-10 for one of his friends son. He called to ask me how I went about dropping my transmission in my K-1500 since everything was fresh in my mind. Surely he could have got everything without my help, but he knew he could avoid a few little snags I had to scratch my head over. |

So does anyone have a 710 cap for my truck?
