Re: Newbie Punkavengers 59 Apache
Yeah, I was just checking audience response. My girlfriend can't drive this truck and it would be more practical to have something she could drive/ primarily we're talking power steering/automatic. Easy to park. Not that I want to, but if someone has something really really cool I might consider a trade ... Hemi Cuda perhaps?

It would be a shame to let that one go, but good luck with it.

Re: Newbie Punkavengers 59 Apache
It won't be going anywhere unless its for something incredible. This was the truck I've always wanted and we've been through a lot getting it in excellent driving condition... We just didn't realize my girlfriend couldn't drive it, mostly a issue with the power steering ... Doh! ... Cars and trucks have come a long way in 50 years and most (me, lol) tend to loose sight of that fact.

I'll buy it. It has to be for new price though. Lets see what did they cost in 59?
Oh and a new one would have a clutch pedal pad........ Looks real nice. |

Did not see this fine looking truck at the car corral in Monroe today.

And it is so so nice to see an almost perfect factory stock truck.

It seems that that is almost more of a challenge these days than elaborate modification. Plus I wanted people to see / remember / experience what that time period was all about. |
