supposed to be manual and power 69-86
after calling now they say 31015-
73-90 power only

Funny you shud post this. Yesterday afternoon i went on rock auto....figured is get te sleeves and this part. But since they had different options and numbers i was not sure which to order.

no word back,
drives a lot smoother
upside down but sure can see my "new" cluster

yes it sure does
even if the wheel is upside down
i ordered the part,put it in,told my parts guy what was wrong
he called ordered another....was the same
ordered the other one it looked small
so i'm using it upside down,only prob besides the wheel upside down it the cancel cam is off

before
with the hood open i could grab the wheel and turn the shaft ,
see then the pins turned and touched the coupler,turning
now it turns right away
and sometimes driving,hit a bump and it seemed to have a slight wander/wobble

very easy
two bolts @ the coupler
slight pry away and the shaft will slide up enough,to get it out and in
and just pry open the "clamp" where the bolt does
