Re: Snow pictures
It's really fun to look at the pictures but if I had to live in snow...I'd move! You who live in snow during the winter are a heartier group than I. I start crabin' when it gets below +50*...brrrrrrrr!

Re: Snow pictures
There was a little bit of snow the day I brought my '68 home. It's seen more since.
This is what we usually have to deal with at some point during the winter I hate snow and winter! Don't know why I stay here

I don't usually have mine out in the snow, but here's the one time it was.

Re: Snow pictures
Thats because you get having way too much fun and at the exact time you decide you would take pictures, you also decide you have had enough and your sidekick won't go out in the cold to take the pictures for you, so you just stay in the nice warm truck and drive home and go inside to stay warm.

Re: Snow pictures
Not to sidetrack this thread, but is that the "C" overlook in your pictures konasumit? My picture was in Fiddler's Canyon. We might have to get together some time and play in this white stuff. It'd have been handy with another vehicle close at hand when I reversed and got stuck in a deep ditch two minutes after that photo was taken.

Re: Snow pictures
This is a little off subject, but it is a great picture. This is not a picture of my truck, but I like to share it when I can. It came from a post about hunting, I think.

Re: Snow pictures
It's a mellow season so far so the pic is from last year. Not much snow then either.

Re: Snow pictures
Well, that's not the truck's natural habitat. Come to think of it, it's not mine either. It was too cold to take more than a couple pics.

Re: Snow pictures
I have only had my truck since April and is a 2wd. It spins up real easy in the wet so I can only imagine how it will drive in the snow. How many sand bags will I need to put in the back for better traction in the snow?? Anyone have any good tips for me? I have some good snow tires ready but thats about it.
