Count me in as well!

I've been looking to grab these from LMC, but just the thought of
buying parts from them is frightening, especially something that can
be made fairly simple with some basic skills.

Re: LMC Core support filler panel

i'm sorry to gear this thread off topic briefly, but i've seen 3 posts so far about bashing LMC. what are the difficulties you all are having with them? is it the shipping charge? one month ago, i started stocking up on parts for my build, i've ordered from them 4 times already and i haven't had any problems yet. i've only ordered sheet metal cab floor stuff & bushings so far. i would like to know before i get to the more important things.
thanks and sorry again to the OP.

Type LMC in the advanced search option and search the Reviews and Bad Deals section with it. You'll see all kinds of stories.

I have only had one experience with LMC. But that was all it took. I ordered a $89.00 cover for my 4-door blazer. By the time I got it it cost me $160.00 and took almost 6weeks. I personally will never order from them.

That must be a high grade or thick aluminum. We buy in large quantities. we don't pay that for a full sheet.

i will be making one this weekend and will post a pic.
aluminum is like the 2 or 3 most abundent mineral on the planet. now if ican just get a cheap way to process it out of the dirt

I used to be a vendor on this board so I probably would have to be one again before I put a price on them.

Re: LMC Core support filler panel

I have two sets of these from two vendors already - I really need a set of polished SST to match my fans and my radiator cover - anyone game?
I have been a big fan of these for a long time - they really clean up the front end when the hood is open - I have not installed eaither set since they do not match anything under my hood - the polished unit is not as polished as my valve covers or my air cleaner - and neither looks like my polished SST.
I do like the idea of painting them black - I have plenty of that under the hood.

I got this set for my 68 from a guy in Oregon. It required a core support modification so that you could install them.
