I am a HUGE fan of the 73-74 grills, that was the first thing I did on my 80 was put a 74 grill in it. Reminds me of the 70 Camaro's for some reason.

Well, I think in the end I am going to go back with the OG black grille, but being that it is in Oregon (with my Suburban

) it will have to wait until I make a trip back down there. In the mean time, I did this:

The weather sucks and it is dark out right now so hopefully I'll have some pics of it installed tomorrow.

The 2nd grille you posted looks the best on the squarebodies IMO.

That looks pretty good, and good choice on the OG blacked out. You've inspired me, I pulled my stock 79 grille out today, gonna paint the inner parts black, and I'll leave the vertical and horizontal bars silver...at least to see what it looks like, till I can afford a chrome one, lol
