a little flat stock bent in a vise would fix that

You should be able to fix that with a flat sheet of 18 ga. and use part of a rocker panel to replace the edge. you can buy the rocker without the step

That's patina, leave it.... I don't know about the front, but I know the other end (1/4 sphere at bottom of taillight corner) is the same, I used part of a 63 bed to replace my missing pieces from the original lift gate install. The step sill is a good idea but I would give the vice a try first.

Great idea! I also happen to have a junk door with a good bottom end I could just cut it and it already follows the proper curve. Stitch it up to a piece of rocker panel and I should be good to go!

Doors are curved differently in the front at the fender than in the back at the corner they don't look like it but they are. I found that out making a door skin / door bottom jig. Your probably better off with a flat sheet and put the curve in it

The Suburban/Panel parts are impossible to find. I've been looking everywhere!
