I'm not exactly sure what cam would have came on that. They are not very common. My guess would be a white one. There isn't a reason why you can't get the pink cam to perform correctly though. Did you try throwing a little more initial timing in the mix?

It may be white one. Has three holes and is faded. I have it in the number 1 hole. It was in the number 2 hole when I rebuilt the cab. I have time at 14 but will move it up a bit when i next play with it.
