As soon as I saw the post, the first thing in my head was

"IT'S GOT AN 8 FOOT BED THAT NEVER HAS TO BE MADE..."

I guess Kerlijah was thinking the same thing...

Re: Reasons to own a truck.

You need a truck to bring home all the free stuff that is sometimes laying by the side of the road. I brought home a wheelbarrow, saw horses and workbench for myself; kiddie pool and slide for my kid!

Re: Reasons to own a truck.

You're right, trucks are for girls.
As long as they're anywhere except behind the steering wheel.

Re: Reasons to own a truck.

If you drive a beater like me, then you can squeeze into the parking space closest to the door at Home Depot and not worry that you will have a door ding when you come out of the store. Usually, there is no vehicle parked on either side of your truck when you come out - other people think you are as careless as your truck looks.

Just tell them that you come with the truck.

You can tell who your friends are when you have a truck, they start crawling out of the woodwork asking if you can haul this or that. I"ve only haul a couple of this's and a few that's, mostly my camping gear, speaking of camping gear, it's time to go fishing.
