i have fiberglass to do it.. but never have.. i would like to try and be able to put the visor back on this truck if possible
i've heard there is a company that sells a similar one but i dont recall the name |

I just made a copy of a part. Just use mold release and a number of coats of wax. The only other one I found looked too 80's style. The one you have looks right for the era.
