Re: Square Patina

So you guys who love patina. What do you do when your truck has great patina, but only from the wheel arches up? I got my '75 K20 from the family of the original owner who passed away. The truck has never been painted, looks very cool in it's original Moss Gold paint w-white roof and I would like to keep it a work truck and not invest in a repaint- but the typical 70's rot has destroyed the fender arches, door bottoms, rockers and cab corners. Do you fix the rust and rattle can it or what?

Re: Square Patina

Does this count??

This isnt my truck, well at least not yet. Its my bosses truck, sat in a barn for a good many years and been outside for probably the last 3. Inspection sticker ran out in 10 of 1986 so you can tell its been sitting for a while, Its got a I6 with a 3spd on the column.
It also has a wooden bedfloor well sorta its mostly gone now, but can someone identify a year?? Its an 8ft bed stepside too, thought that was cool i knew there around but i havent seen to many around my neck of the woods.

Re: Square Patina

i figured 74-76 because it has the drip rails on the roof, which would rule out 73.
