You all are correct, brain fart on my part. They are all tubed. No ether here. I was thinking of something else. My brother has some of these on a piece of construction equipment that came off of an old grader and they look exactly like the picture posted and I have never figured out how they work really. Just that he always gets the tires changed at one certain tire place that deals with a lot of old farm equipment and trucks because its only place that doesn't give him hell about the rims.
