I'd say bottom too.
But I would run 10" all around. I just don't like having different sizes but that's just me. If you were to run 10" in the front I think you have to have a certain backspace otherwise you can lock up the steering. Maybe someone can chime in and tell you for sure though.

Definitely the Halibrand/ET style (bottom). Those would look bad ass on a Square.

I like the top style better, reminds me of a slotted mag.. sort of. I like that you're going with a 15 inch wheel, too. I like the look of a little wheel and a lot of tire, even on lowered trucks.
