Re: Most reasonable place that sells the radiator filler panels?

I received a response from Derel at undercoverinnovations:

Hi Joseph
Here’s what they look like. The “slot” for the top of the drier is 8 3/4” long and is 13 1/2” away from the hood latch bolt on that side. Rubber edging is included for the top edge and for the drier opening. Since GM wasn’t so kind as to put all driers in exactly the same spot some filing may be required to avoid rubbing the a/c tubing. The rubber edging will cover that up. I haven’t found any trucks in our area with Vintage, Southern, Old Air etc. so I can only assume that they would have used the same mounting points because we don’t like making you drill holes in your vehicles either. Thanks for the inquiry! We hope to have the new site up and running any day now.

Re: Most reasonable place that sells the radiator filler panels?

I have considered these panels for a while but I think that I will have the same issue with the a/c drier being mounted too high.

Al, your dryer sits below the latch. That should work since the panel runs parallel to the bottom of the latch. I for sure will have a problem. My dryer sits higher and is 6 inches from the edge of the latch. It doesn't align with the hole in the modified panel. I would have to buy a regular panel and mod it for my application.

Re: Most reasonable place that sells the radiator filler panels?

I have the Undercover covers, and the hood hits on the ends by the hood bumpers. It is not a huge deal for me, but some of you may be interested to know.

Hard to see, but this pic shows the scuff marks. they should have made the back more verticle.
