That is way cool. Youre a visionary man! I have to admit when I bought my C-30 I never dreamed it could have potential like what your doing.
Rock on! |

If you don't mind, what has been your cost for the parts and machine work for the conversion? I'm looking at a one Ton myself.

Re: started a new c30 build ( your going to love this one )
cost 4k in rims
tires rear should of bin $1'800 it got them for $250 (just at the right place at the right time) machine shop stuff under $500 = $6,800 The front rimes went on with out a hick up just bolted up. the rear brakes we are just going to weld up a rear bracket to hold the calipers. the rear flip of the axle was just some welding for a 9" drop next we have to notch the rear frame like 6 to 9" We are going to put a 4 link and air ride on it so next is a 4 link rear and some air bags we might pull the rear all the way back to the end of the frame as well o and some air for the front. we are thinking of doing a body drop on the cab as well but we will see. |

Re: started a new c30 build ( your going to love this one )
Please give us details on the front and rear brakes. I need to do something to replace my unobtianium rotors and I have a Dana 70 410 that I want to disk brake and replace my Eaton with.
Looks Killer.

Re: started a new c30 build ( your going to love this one )
NOT trying to hijack this thread, but I wanted to ask FARMALL if you have a picture of your C30 with the 157" wheelbase you could post, or tell me where I could see it. I also have a cab/chassis C30 with the long wheelbase and I'm trying to decide what to do about a bed. Wanted to see what your truck looks like with the 12 foot bed.
