I left my house today cause i need a new phone cause well my broke after i dropped it in a bucket of colling water while i was welding....But i came how with an Old Skool Set of standard Wrenches good day good day as for updates to my build im currently assembling the grill and such will have pics asap

Problems! the drivers side headlight seems to far left i dont get it what could the problem be the right side lines up right but the left dosnt go in all the way any suggestions???

Trucks lookin good man! Im a junior in high school with a 68 GMC Longbed Fleet (in the middle of a restoration, too). Whats better than working on old trucks, right?

southern shaker: your headlights are installed wrong. just take them out and put them in right side up, then you can see at nite better, you may still have to adjust them right or left, or up and down, but at least install them right...good luck on the build...

haha we picked it up in plano from a guy who needed money to finish payin off his house we got it a a dirt cheap price looked just like this but the interior was in the middle of bein dynomatted and it had drum brakes and it didnt run he said it had been in his garage for 10+ years it was burried in trash an parts when we pulled it out

haha i personally dont like it that much im more in to big rigs ( Peterbilt,Kenworth,Mack,Etc. minus the aero trucks) i Favor a classic kenworth W925 over a camaro but thats just me ill tell him you said it was sweet thought haha

alright guys im takin the day to get her back together and clean up out back ill take pics cause we all know the golden rule of the forum haha im going to try to get the hood on and straightin the bed its about an inch off im also going to cut my gauge face to get it to fit the 71 dash (i got it out of a 67 C50) but its in way better shape then my last gauge face anyway times awaistin ill be back at lunch with pics!

Got my Grill back on right this time id like to thank ol dollor for the headlight help haha all it was was the bezel was upside down haha i wasnt thinking clearly when i did it the first time and way grills on now im goin on the the radiator and engine

hate to tell you this , but your headlights are still, not put in right.....there is a tab in the top of the rear of seal beam that lines up with the top of the head light bucket. see how your head lights are setting.....they are up side down....

hey shaker , see the three indention's on the outside around the headlight bucket . clock the headlamp around till the word halogen is upright and the lines on the lamp are running up and down and the nub on the lamp fits in the indention's on the bucket

just take both headlights out not the bucket, then turn them so the words on the head light on the front of the head light are where you can read them , look on the top and rear of the head light and you will see the glass at the top has a tap built into it, just line it up with the natch in the bucket and put the ring and screws back in....
