It was very beat up and was extremely heavy! Plus I'm really thinking about going short bed.

I also ordered the complete cab floor. So I hope to have some more progress up here soon

Floor finally came in! We pulled the motor and trans started marking and measuring the frame. We also laid the floor on the frame and all mounting holes line up and the quality of the replacement floor seems awesome!

Made a little more progress..



Frame is cut. We need to get some different blades to cut the round edge. The other blades we had just didn't want to cut it..

We got the frame all measured up and welded back together. This is going to be very slow progress with me back in college.. but once we plate it up we are going to sand blast it and get it in some primer.
