Put on a proper muffler and it's not so bad out the side. It does get annoying at times

2) i don't think NOT running the exhaust out from completely underneath the car is such a good idea for carbon monoxide safety reasons. In other words, stopping it right at the rear axle, right after the headers etc.
number 1) It depends on the person. I mark and tack weld the pieces on the vehicle and pull them off to finish the weld. If I'm in a hurry I do the full thing on the car if the space permits.
number 2) Meh... to each his own.

I always thought fastening a Ram bumper on our trucks would be cool for the exhaust.

No issues with the fuel. The tips are not as close to the gas tank as the picture makes it out to be. There's a good 5 inches between there.

Re: Pictures of different dual exhaust coming out the back.

Running out in front of the axle looks good but I would have to agree with Redcap on the carbon monoxide safety. Might be ok but I would perfer going out behind the axle. I would rather get the exhaust more away from the cab. MO Getting some good options here.

Re: Pictures of different dual exhaust coming out the back.

I am recessing my tag into my tailgate and building a billet grille to fill the hole in the bumper were the tag was. I will have dual four in tips coming out the center of the bumper in the billet grille. I am kinda after the corvette or cherokee srt8 look
