Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
On my 46 I used a late 70s floorshift column They have a linkage hookup but no shifter I hooked up the linkage and now have a truck with no shifter To shift you just turn the collar Any one who gets in it cannot figure how to put in gear Great theft deterrent

My '79 C10 unlike my Harley-Davidson or girlfriend I don't have to kick her to start her.

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
I better clarify this; that's just a joke about having to kick my girlfriend to start her, I don't kick my dog either. My bike is an old Shovelhead and it does have to be kicked to start... Sometimes it takes lots of kicks.

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
Made my own fender emblems. Surfaced them on the computer, then had the CNC guys machine them.
And I too have a shovelhead. |

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
Mine is a diesel short box 1/2 ton with bucket seats, all factory. Aftermarket wise it has a gear venders overdrive. I get 23 MPG. That's how I'm unique.
And I'm probably the only active member on this board running an Olds diesel. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
A CUCV actually running on the road around here is unique in itself, but we also put our shop logo on the side.

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
Origional paint code paint job and original interior with small custom camo accents here and there. Also some one ton features on it being that it's a 3/4.

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
Since I started the thread, I should probably add something.
I haven't added any personal touches to my truck yet to make it mine, but I will when I will when I get it going down the road! One thing that I haven't seen a lot of is my conversion to 5 x 4.75" wheel bolt pattern.

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
Cummins engine with NV5600 6 speed transmission behind it. On top of that is a Gear Vendors.
Custom paint job. Full power Italian leather Cadillac 60 Series seats. Only a handful of these seats were ever produced. And yes, they're extremely comfortable..

Re: What Makes Your Truck Unique?
What makes mine unique is the fact that I have more parts for it in my house then on the truck. But I love it
