I had forgotten about the mounts until you posted yours and I checked the next day at our local store ,they dont list them any more.

I'm going to try and carry my ole Cobra 23 to the radio shop next week I'll see if they can get one.I also checked cause I wanted one but the radio mounts in the police cars are $280.00. I usually run scanner also.

On ebay for $499

This is only the third GM CB Power Supply that I have seen. This is for sale along with a NOS GM CB.

I like the various brands of CB that can be bought at fairly low prices if one keeps their eyes on ebay, The radio that Chevys10dr has is a fine example of the style of radio that fits right at home in our trucks.

I have this as a backup radio. It receives decent but doesn't transmit very strong. Next time I go past the CB Shop, I was going to see if they could tune it and turn up the power a little bit.

They did my Uniden and its awesome. Pushes about 20 watts and very clear on received signals.

The one I'm putting in mine hasn't been used since around 2000.Hopefully it will still work ok. It will come on but thats as far as I have gotten with it.

Seems like a good place to ask. My truck has a hole in the roof in the center.... Cb antenna?? 72 gmc 3/4 ton. I don't think it would of been a light

If its a circular cut ... than I would assume they installed a CB Antenna in the middle of the cab roof. Another possibility is an aftermarket light?

That's what I'm guessing I'm assuming since its in the middle It would be cb. Single lights I've seen more towards the front

Well it was taken by CB shop and it does still work. I forgot I did have it tuned at one time.

And a suprize coming.

Here is what I was talking about.If I said what I gave for it I would have to guard it 24/7.

These radios can be had for good prices if one is patient. When someone see's this as just a 23 channel CB ... that is when you can get one at a good price.
