How's $30 shipped on the heater controller? Is the face plate tight and all the rivets attaching it tight?

Sloan, looks like it's hacked up at the top of the steering column. Some idiot trued to unscrew it without taking off the steering wheel and bent a few of the prongs around. I wouldn't feel comfortable selling it to you.

What year is the cab? Would you sell just the seat brackets? I'm working on a jig to start lowering them. I need a pair of 69-70 and a pair of 71-72.
