I am familiar with the Avion camper, but yes, this has more 'fins' and 'whistles'.

It is a 1965 Ford chassis.

I believe a guy on the Sidewinder forum mentioned that these boats were in a few movies. I gutted the interior of it last summer and will be putting in new carpet and seats as soon as spring decides to show up

yep, not a Winder because the back end is to angular on this boat. Winders have a slight angle on the back end but mostly flat. Pretty close at first glance
