it works. It's not a low tone, but I am not sure if it's considered a high tone.

Yea why not. The a/c vent that's available are the pair of black ones. The center one is pending.

OK, I'll take both hood hinges and the new center ac vent as long as the hood hinges are nice and tight and work smoothly. They look pretty nice.

Are all of the A/C components in working order as far as you know? I am interested in the A/C components that would go in the engine. Do you know if they would fit on a Chevy 350 SBC?

So I would be interested in:

A/C evaporator with expansion valve and POA valve $35 plus ride
A/C compressor with brackets $65 plus ride (very heavy)
A/C drier $10 plus shipping
AC alternator (used) $40 plus shipping

That adds up to $150.00. Any chance I can get a package deal? Would this pretty much be everything I need to install A/C on the engine (I already have the A/C heater box).

I am not familiar with the A/C components and it would probably be a while before I got around to installing them, so any help/advice you can provide would be appreciated.

Also, shipping to 10901.

when I bought the truck, the previous owner said he had the AC running. He took out his engine and transmission but gave me all the other components to get the AC going again. He had a 383 (sbc 350)stroker in it. I installed a 03 vortec engine in mine, so I am going a different route as far as AC goes. Aside from the alternator (one wire style), I wouldn't really know if they are fully functional or not. Aside from them sitting in my garage's attic and collecting dust, the AC parts look in good condition. I also have some of the lines but are cut.I'll let you have them, they are no use for me, if you take them all. Shipping will be around $50 to send everything. So, $170 shipped?
