Finally got the truck up to the track Friday night best run was a 14.5 at 96 mph

That's almost exactly what most performance calculators/dyno simulators predict in ET/MPH for your combo.

Rechecked the timing and it was only 22 degrees all in by 2500 rpm. Not sure how that happen I think when the tuner was setting it the vaccum advance was hooked up last weekend I unhooked it and set the initial at 21 and 31 all in by 2500 it was a night and day difference also swapped out the 3.08s to 3.73s feels a lot better now.
