Oh man - It has the 351 Magnum engine too! That was the pullingest (is that a word?) ever installed in one of these trucks!

Re: 1967 Gmc. Thoughts?
Looks like a great truck to me...were you wanting it for yourself or to flip?
If for yourself, the salvage title wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me...and negotiate the fees into the price you pay for it.

Re: 1967 Gmc. Thoughts?
If its really rust free, running or not, grab it. Since the title is already gonna be horked up, I would put it on a 4x4 chassis

here in VA the DMV fee's on buying an old car or truck is $35 dollars whether its been parked a month or a hundred years if its parked its not in use ! I could buy that truck and take the cali title to the VA dmv and walk out with a VA title in my name for $50 dollars ,,,, this has thrown me for a loop its the stupidest thing Ive ever heard of ??????????????

Awesome - you got a cool truck! Will you be able to avoid the back fees living in NE?

Re: 1967 Gmc. Thoughts?
Yeah California is really bad for the back registration fees. I've heard of cars that the new owner can't afford to register it, the back fees being more than the car is worth. Question- the spid says "spare tire carrier"... that was an OPTION on these trucks? I wondered why my 67 C20 didn't have it or the jack.
