Re: My 1972 Chevy C20 Custom Camper (needs love but getting there) somewhat:P
Thought I'd let everyone know this old girl is now onto a new owner as of now. A really nice 17yr old kid an his dad came this past Monday an bought the old truck an took her to its new home. The kid is in a auto shop class at his high school not too far from here an gonna be fixing it up an possibly keeping the patina look or doing satin black for a hot rod look.
Trucks in good hands I know an will treat it well :-). Was sad to see it go but now I have a new project which is why I sold this truck to get! I'll still see the truck at cruise ins an meets cause I told the kid about the ones I took it to an he also went to a few so I'll get to see what he does with it in the future! The new truck is a 1965 Chevy C10 lwb BBW with original 283 with power pack heads an a powerglide an 12bolt all original! I'll be posting a thread on the 60-66 forum soon! See you guys on the other side of the forum but I'll be back on the 67-72 side again soon possibly :-) |

So it may be too late but you never showed a pic of the roof after the CLR, least not from above.
Also what did you clear the paint with??
