I would say a good electric fan will outflow a clutch fan or flex fan.
I had a flex fan and it sucked!!! I went from flex to electric and will never go back.

A dual electric fan setup will put a clutch fan to shame. If you get a good dual 14" setup, (not the cheap crap), you will never go back. Use a good wiring harness with dual relays and a fan switch in the intake.
