SPID may be in the glove box or on the driver-side inner fender panel.

Doesn't quite work that way. But, if you aquire your projects before the wife, let her know of your emotioanl attachment (ie:my 83 was my father's truck). They have much less control at that point. Of course, you'll need a hidden truck fund to finance the builds, but that is another story.
