Yes, it is a hidden type of receiver. I have a 67-72 rear bumper for the flip look, but I like the looks of the original (albeit funny looking to some) rear bumper. I may switch back, but I have to find the bumper brackets first - I had them powder coated along with the license plate bracket a long time ago and can't remember where I put them.
