Another "BTW", if it was a 69 Z28 engine, it would have been a DZ code 302, making the engine alone worth several times more than the truck itself! A 79 Z28 engine (350) on the other hand is nothing special, but a good foundation if in decent shape.

I have decided that I will be running 255/70/15 on my truck.
I have a 68 shortbed stepside, and am wondering if the offset on 15x8 blazer rims will require a spacer or not? Thanks!

I have a set of 15 x 8 6 hole rallies that were on a 68 swb 4 x 2 with no issues. I also had 15 x 8 5 hole rallies with P255/70 15 tires on my 72 lwb on all 4 corners with no issues and they fill out the wheel well very nicely. I am a fan of 4 tires and rims the same size on our trucks.

The only reason I started worrying was because someone told me that the offset could cause the tires to rub omyob the inner wells on my stepside rear fenders. Thanks for the replies thus far.
