I had headers on my 350 in my old camaro. I too was having problems with the header gaskets blowing. I bought a set of gaskets from a speed shop called R&D Speed in Plaistow NH. They were made for the store. They were gauranteed to never blow and for the next 3 years i owned the car and the following 4 my uncle owned it the gaskets never blew once. They were made from some blue material and about 2-3 times as thick as your typical header gasket. Worth looking into!!!

Thanks for posting the link for R&D Speed. I'm always looking for more performance shops around in NH. Looks like its time for a road trip!
