I'm sorry - I forgot; but - it looks just like what you have posted here. What you have looks correct and looks like it should function appropriately.

I think that's factory (I don't recall any kind of nylon insert or anything for that location). You can always deburr the hole slightly if you would be more comfortable.

i looked at the equalizer that come with the truck, and no bushing etc. in it, so looks like factory, it seems to be working fine, went thru the adjustment procedure ok
