Update I did a tune up last weekend, everything looked fine except plugs and wires those were all bad, not sure how they fired at all. But now it's running much better except a rough idle but ill deal with that when I can, at least it runs great down the road

Sounds good. Remember the bad looking plugs could indicate it was/had been running too rich, which might relate to your current rough idle, that and/or timing.
