If you are going to regularly tow, invest in a load leveling hitch. It has bars on the side that connect the trailer tongue to the hitch brackets attached to the truck. They are (heavily) spring loaded and distribute the tongue weight to both the front and the rear wheels of the truck, rather than all to the hitch ball and therefore only the rear wheels.

My 89 3/4 ton Suburban used to pull close to 10,000 pounds with very little sway. Very little meant if certain semis blew by at speed I might get a little sway, but it would quickly correct itself.
