3rd strip has not been blasted and it looks like they heated the area around the screws just looks like the paint was burned off.

Last one it has been blasted and it does have some pin holes that I took picture of.

I'm interested in #3 and #4. Looks like the rust on both could be repaired. They both look pretty straight! Of the two, is there any nicks, dings, dents? Send me a PM on what you are looking to get out of each.

# 3 has a bow but no dings or kinks tried to take a picture of the bow # 4 had holes on the top that I did not notice last night see pictures. I added the bolts to show how they do have a slight taper at the end.

The bolts you have Look like to be what I need. As for the tailgate strip, I'm going to take #3. From your pics it looks like there are only three screw holes that have cancer issues. Were as #4 has acouple more issue that #3.
Can you PM me the grand total for the 2 splash gaurds, 10 carriage bolts, 7 washers, 3bolts and tailgate strip. I should be able to PP you money tonight.

Here is a picture of the frame rail is it fine 25 for the piece plus shipping. If interested give some measurements from one of the engine mount holes in the frame to give me a reference to cut from.
