The pepsi cooler looks like what is called an " Ideal 55" made by the ideal company. Judging by the decals I would say it was made in the sixties. They were made from late fifties into the seventies. The rack inside, the cap catcher, and coin box are usually missing, so if you got all three that is quite a nice find.

^Thanks Rick, I know you like 67's

Here is another truck that sold at the auction that was only good for parts and very few at that. I bid on it but it went too high, especially since the buyer didn't even know it had factory correct OD added to the 3spd. No useable body parts, really. OD wasn't on the SPID but someone added it. I almost didn't catch it but I finally noticed a little cable mounted underneath the dash and then shot a couple pics by reaching underneath to confirm.

Nice find on both the truck and the pepsi machine. Just curious what those machines are going for? I've got a '54 Glasco Coke machine that is in excellent condition w/ original paint. It's at my in-laws in KY right now.

I guess you can't save them all :/ but over the years you've aquired quite a few nice trucks! Always love to see the progress you make on them!

Hey Malamute

I don't want this thread to get too far off the truck, so if you want to send me a PM I will try to help you out on the machine

Re: Apiary 1967 K10 Swb- single family owned

Regarding the special paint, I had a '71 SWB a while back that was a So.Cal.utility truck, white with special paint listed on the SPID. It was probably a special order shade of white?
