Here's mine...35x58...it's partitioned between the two doors, on the right is gravel floor, unfinished cold storage. Doors are 12x14, three inch thick insulated. 16 foot side walls.

My land rises all the way from the road to the back of the lot ( 422 ft. ), so it's built into the slope. 5ft to 10 ft high, 8 inch wide poured walls with a LOT of 1/2 inch rebar.

The "shop" side. 21 ft wide, 58 ft deep. 6 inch thick floor, to withstand the weight of a fully loaded trailer. Floor drain to open air.rough plumbed for sink shower, and toilet. Running water, 100 amp, 240 volt ac, and tube heat.
